Appointment Scheduling and Reminders

We provide appointment reminders in advance as a courtesy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least two full business days’ notice. This allows us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee.

While reminders are sent, we ask patients to keep track of their scheduled appointments and notify us as early as possible if changes are needed.

Arriving for Your Appointment

We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your visit, especially if it is your first appointment.

This allows time to review any forms and helps your appointment begin as scheduled.
