At Star Dental, we aim to make the financial side of dental care clear and easy to understand.
Our team is available to help answer general questions about insurance, assist with claim submissions, and guide you through the process when needed.
We offer direct insurance billing for most major providers. As a courtesy, we can submit claims on your behalf to help streamline your visit and reduce the amount you may need to pay at the time of your appointment.
Assignment of Benefits
When permitted by your insurance provider, we accept assignment of benefits.
This means the insurance portion of your treatment may be paid directly to the clinic, with any remaining balance due at the time of your visit.
If your plan does not allow assignment, payment in full is required at the time services are provided. In these cases, reimbursement is issued directly to you by your insurance provider according to your plan.
Understanding Your Insurance Coverage
Dental insurance plans are agreements between you and your insurance provider.
While our team can provide general guidance, we may not have access to all details of your plan.
This may include:

- Coverage percentages
- Frequency limitations
